My dream is to become an Air Force pilot and later become a pilot for NASA. My dream has always been to fly the world's best aircrafts in the military because of their speed and agility. One of my obstacles in accomplishing my goal in becoming a great pilot is attending the United States Air Force Academy. United States Air Force Academy is a challenging school to get into.It only accepts students with high grade point average and high SAT scores. I can overcome this obstacle by maintaining my grade point average and score high in my SAT. I could also participate in after school activities to show I could be a great leader and communicate with others well. The reason why I want to attend this college is so that I could receive a bachelor's degree in piloting. Also, United States Air Force Academy has great aerospace programs that could help me in my second dream in becoming a NASA pilot and I will be experienced in flying in outer space. Most NASA pilots where once Air Force pilots that graduated from USAFA. My dream one day is becoming a great pilot like Chesley Sullenberger who landed safely on the Hudson river because of engine failure and saved all the passengers. Sullenberger is a graduate from United States Air Force Academy and a CEO of Safety Reliability Methods. I am passionate in becoming a pilot like Sullenberger and I have great faith that I will accomplish my dreams like fly around earth in space or travel to new planets.
